Standards

All items are sold fully assembled and constructed of welded steel. Zocalos reserves the right to improve or change any product construction and/or specifications without prior notice.

Delivery

Please allow approximately 8 weeks for completion of an order. On custom or contract jobs, contact the factory direct for lead time and pricing.

Freight

All merchandise is shipped common carrier collect by weight, unless other arrangements have been made. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to check items UPON RECEIPT for damage. All freight damage and loss claims are to be filed by the customer with the freight company immediately. All shipments are F.O.B. Las Vegas, NV.

Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with order. The balance is due and payable prior to delivery or will-call unless other arrangements have been made. Balance is due upon completion of work, regardless of delivery date. A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be applied to the unpaid balance on accounts 30 past due.

Finishes

Zocalos typically powdercoats all exterior steel items. Hand-painted and specialty finishes are offered for an additional charge.

Warranty

All iron products have a two-year warranty against structural failure. Zocalos warrants that goods will be free of defects in material or workmanship; however, seller's sole obligation shall be to repair or replace, at its option, if goods are found to be defective.
